To survive within a story that’s been bottomed out by rocks
You learn to live for little joys
Like rainbow colored crosswalks
Wrapped in the winter’s wind, the frigid cold may bite
So find the bliss of beauty within that frozen fight
And after every rainstorm
The skies bring forth a show
Guiding us to find our gold
At the end of each rainbow
We go on living lifeless, between the black and white
If we fail to find the magic of colors in our sights
So when the world is calling
You’ll answer when it knocks
If only you keep chasing
Rainbow colored crosswalks
